Aarsdale Smokehouse & Bistro has made a scoop by hiring the Young Chef of the Year as Head Chef in 2024. The Smoke Master has been allowed to join the kitchen and try out the collaboration after several years of hiatus. The event will take place on March 8-9 at Fiskerikajens premises in Copenhagen, NV.
