Outside the high season, we add another ingredient to Årsdale Røgeri & Bistro.
The ingredient is an atmosphere that includes the feel of a community center, classic dishes and, not least, the menu.
Below you can see some of the dishes we serve or have served.
If you don't have your favorite dish here, send us an email with the desired dish and date and we will serve the dish for you, your family and friends.
Classics such as Yellow peas, Hearts in cream sauce, Brown cabbage, Braised veal tongue with horseradish sauce, Chicken soup with meat and dumplings are also very welcome.
We just don't advertise with them, as it is our experience that you are quickly put into a box, who you are and what cuisine you represent, and we don't want to fall into this box.
